Where do you deliver to?

The Paddington Beauty Room delivers to anywhere in Australia. Because we limit our delivery area to Australia, we are able to offer free postage to all our customers.

What delivery service do you use? Can I nominate my own?

We send all packages via Australia Post standard mail. If you’d like to arrange your own courier, just include instructions when you submit your order.

Can I get a delivery to somewhere other than Australia?

The Paddington Beauty Room is still just a small business. Shipping orders to overseas customers is something we figure is best left to larger online retailers. We like to think we will see you one day in the salon in Sydney – a bit tricky if you live on the other side of the world!

What is a Replenishment Reminder?

All of your products will eventually run out. It can be frustratingly annoying when something runs out at an inconvenient time, so our Replenishment Reminders aim to help you keep track of your products so that you aren’t caught with an empty tube or jar at an important moment.

We list our products with a period for which it normally lasts with recommended usage. That period starts to tick over once you order your product, so that by the time you are nearly finished it, we can send you a little reminder and shortcut to replenish your item through The Paddington Beauty Room Online Shop.

If you don’t want reminders, or if you take a bit longer to finish your product than normal, you have the option of cancelling reminders altogether or simply skipping a reminder. You can update your preferences when you buy something, or by logging in and visiting your account.

How long will my products take to arrive?

We send your order by standard mail with Australia Post. We usually pack orders on Thursdays, with packages going into the mail on Fridays. Australia Post has a guide here for you to work how long it might take to reach your area.

What are The Paddington Beauty Room Rewards?

We like to reward our customers each time they come to the salon or make a purchase online. When you do, you’ll receive a card stamped with credits based on the value of your purchase. When you have enough stamps, you can redeem your credits by coming in to the Salon in Paddington.

If you buy online, you will receive a new card for each purchase – simply collect all your cards and bring them in to the Salon for the combined benefit.

Why did I get something extra with my order?

We are always running specials and promotions but only have so much space on the site to tell you about them! If you make an order and there is a promotion currently associated with something on your order, we’ll still honour the promotion. Consider it a bonus!
