We appreciate that some of the following requirements are frustrating they wont last for ever however this is what needs to be done to reopen and keep everyone safe.

We love what we do and we love our clients! While we have been enduring our forced closure we have also be preparing to reopen. To keep each other safe we have to come together and we will need to make changes. Some of these changes will be temporary and others will be the new normal. The most obvious and well known practice we have chosen to take for granted that you know the below is very much about being industry specific.

We will be asking each of our clients to fill a PreScreen Form to be able to confirm their appointment. We believe this measure is prudent at this time and will be a temporary measure. We will sadly refuse treatment if we have too. *please read below for the details

We will ask you to be prompt for your appointments so we can manage how many people could be in our reception area at any one time. If you are late this will affect your treatment time as we minimize cross client interaction.

You will be asked to sanistize your hands.

Please do NOT bring anyone with you ( including your children) we will not be able to accommodate them and clients with appointments will be given priority.

We also ask you to use our online booking platform to make appointments or call. To minimize cross client interaction you will need to book a time to buy product and you will not be able to pop in to make  appointments.

As the salon owner I personally ask if you are nervous about being touched or anything that we do, then perhaps you should make the right choice for you and we will look forward to seeing you when it is right for you. We respect your choices however I would like to protect my staff from the emotional stress of fears. If you would like to discuss our processes to alleviate fears or questions then please contact me directly; you can click and email  or call 93568700 ( you can leave a message and I will call you back.).  It is my role to protect you and my team and I will try my best to achieve that.

We will
be spacing appointments to reduce reception congestion and to do a complete COVID sanitation of the room.
we will wear masks in common areas, In the treatment room will only wear masks if you ask us to and we will be happy to oblige.
we will only wear gloves for treatments that are already regulated for. We will be practicing even more regular hand washing as this has been endorsed by our industry as best practice. Gloves protect us from cross contamination hand washing regularly protect you and us.
