Our Cancellation Policy
We request 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Appointment changes within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the value of all the services booked.
Please can you give as much notice as possible to give us the opportunity to fill the gap. It also may be you one day looking for a last-minute appointment which we can fill unless we know it is vacant.
